Meet The Team
John became a licensed agent in 2007, working for Munn and Associates under the awesome broker, his mom, Dorothy! John obtained his broker’s license and opened SPREC in 2017. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the South Bay Association of Realtors. When not selling real estate, John enjoys tennis and surfing.
Shawn was born and raised in Rancho Palos Verdes. She graduated from the University of Southern California and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and French. She attended Southwestern School of Law and has been a senior litigation paralegal for over 20 years. Because of her education, background and experience she is our specialist in contracts, negotiations and all aspects of property research. She has been in the real estate industry for over 10 years. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the South Bay Association of Realtors.
James was a residential loan officer in Hawaii from 2000 - 2009. He received his California Real Estate license in 2014 after returning from a 5-year sailing adventure around the globe. He specializes in Seniors Real Estate, short sales and foreclosures and probate. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the South Bay Association of Realtors. He joined San Pedro Real Estate Company in 2020.
